SEASONAL PROGRAMS

Emphasis on exercise, technical improvement and meeting new people. Workouts are challenging but catered to the level of the crew. 18 weeks of instruction (Mid-May to September) with a break during the construction holiday (July 21st – August 3rd).  Each program may include registration in one or more of the local dragon boat festivals. Beginner and Intermediate paddlers are welcome!

Groups are mixed (all genders), and there is an option for women’s only.  We also define programs by age groups (20-39 / 40+ /60+). Age ranges are suggested though, and paddlers of different ages than those suggested may take part.  Some of our intermediate options require experience to join.

To run a dragon boat program we require at least 14 paddlers. To ensure this number is met we require all paddlers to complete a pre-registration form.  Once we hit 14 we will contact the group to formally register.

*** You will receive a confirmation email for your pre-registration within 48 hours (monday to friday). If one was not received please check your spam or junk. If  still not received call us at 514-509-1032 ext 3. ***
