Year-long Intermediate Teams
22Dragons has a few established intermediate teams that stemmed from the beginner programs. The possibility to join one of our intermediate teams depends on the availability of places in the team and on the experience of the joining paddler.
The intermediate teams practice year-long. In the summer, they practice on the dragon boats and in the winter, they use our indoor paddling tank to refine their paddling technique. They also have access to our group training room where they do HIIT training.
Interested in joining one of our intermediate teams? Send an email to club@22dragons.com telling us about yourself and your paddling experience so we can find the right team for you!

The team is a mixed crew composed of paddlers aged 25-50. What started as a boat of strangers ended up in year-long friendships, going for some beer at Terrasse Sainte-Ambroise and going to trivia nights at bars!
